Position Title: Customer Success Manager for AI-Powered Revenue Growth Platform

Location: Remote (Work@Home)

Schedule: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm CST, M-F except for USA National Holidays

Duration: Full-Time

Position Summary

A customer success manager (CSM) ensures that clients receive the complete value of a company’s products or services, fostering long-term relationships and driving customer satisfaction. They act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding each customer’s unique needs, goals, and challenges, and ensuring they can succeed with the product or service.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of SaaS customer success or account management experience
  • knowledge of B2B SaaS and GTM technology
  • English Level: Near-Native Fluency (C1/C2)

Desired Skills & Experience (considered a Plus)

  • Familiarity with FlashRev, HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom, Notion, Slack, Zoominfo, and ClickUp ,Bombora, Clay, Apollo.io, Instantly, Prospeo, Kixie, Orum, Nooks, Outreach, Chili Pepper, Calendly, Gong, Artisan, Unify are preferred

Compensation includes a commission structure with accelerators at 130% and 150% attainment, and a Competitive Salary.
