Position Summary:
As a Google Cloud Infrastructure Administrator, you will be responsible for the entire infrastructure management process. You will be evaluating and converting the technical requirements of a problem or project into the recommendation of an architecture. Design a roadmap, taking the cloud’s capacity, efficiency, and ecosystem security into consideration, documenting and describing a problem creating diagrams, domain models, reference architecture, and other types of software artifacts. You will be responsible for building and deploying applications, plans, and strategies. Monitoring cloud activity, designing and migrating applications, planning courses of action, and defining computing loads, among other things.

Responsibilities:
- Architecting for high availability with load balancing, horizontal scalability, fault-tolerant, multi-tenancy/multi-tier.
- “On-premises to cloud” migrations and workload optimization.
- Design, update and maintain IT documentation.
Our minimum requirements for this role:
- Google Cloud Architect certification (or any GCP Certification except Associate Cloud Engineer)
- 3+ years of experience as a Cloud system administrator (GCP, AWS, Azure,VMWare)
- Linux Experience a Must have
- Hands-on experience with Terraform a must-have
- Experience with scripting or programming languages (Bash, Python, Ruby, Powershell, Perl)
- Great understanding of cloud architecture patterns (e.g.patterns for Availability, Messaging, monitoring, scalability, Resiliency, Security) and technology paradigms (e.g., serverless, containers, microservices, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
- Experience in creating, deploying, and maintaining Docker images.
- Experience with Kubernetes/K3S
- Good understanding of networking and Internet protocols (VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, SMTP, HTTP)
- Knowledge of critical security concepts (Risk and vulnerability assessment, Defense planning, Security regulations, Intrusion prevention, penetration testing, Computer forensics)
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experience creating and following best practices, standards, policies, and procedures.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Passionate about learning.
